89 questionnaires were sent out to all service users, carers and Crossroads Lewis employees in November 2012.  Of these, 68 were returned (76%).

41 questionnaires were sent to Service Users.  Of these, 29 were returned (70%).

22 questionnaires were sent to Carers.  Of these, 16 were returned (72%).                carers questionnaire results 2012

26 questionnaires were sent to employees (Care attendants, Manager, Administrator, Fundraising Officer).  Of these, 23 were returned (88%).
