MANAGER (30 HOURS)
Crossroads Lewis is a well-established local charity providing support at home to carers and those living alone. We are continually graded Excellent by the Care Inspectorate. We are looking for a manager to be responsible for the overall operation of the service and leading the Care Attendant team.
Applicants should have at least 2 years experience in social care, or nursing, or an allied profession or teaching, and hold a relevant professional qualification to meet SSSC requirements or a commitment to achieve qualification within a 3-year period. A full driving licence is required. The post is also subject to PVG scheme membership.
This is highly rewarding work, and the successful applicant will demonstrate leadership, motivation and energy, and a commitment to maintaining the service to the highest standards to meet the needs of the island community.
